Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our website.

Full payment is required at checkout.

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of flowers.

Flowers & Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.

If a specific bloom isn’t available, we may substitute with a similar flower of equal or greater value.

We always aim to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and feel of the arrangement.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Someone should be available to receive the flowers at the delivery address.

If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion.

Re-delivery fees may apply if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided.

Next-Day Delivery and Local Pick-up

Next-day delivery is subject to cut-off times and availability. Order must be placed 9PM the day before expected delivery.

Orders placed after cut-off times will be delivered the next available delivery day.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Care & Longevity

Flower longevity varies based on environment and care.

We are not responsible for reduced vase life caused by weather conditions, improper care, or placement.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
