We deliver fresh flowers across Sydney — carefully, reliably, and right on time.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the Sydney metropolitan area. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your suburb, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

 

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays (unless stated otherwise).

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We’re unable to offer exact delivery time requests.

 

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (9PM the day prior to the delivery date.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next available delivery day.

Next-day delivery is subject to availability.

 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Any additional charges (such as re-delivery) will be communicated clearly.

 

Receiving Your Flowers

Someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If no one is available, flowers may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including exposure to heat, sun, or weather.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check delivery details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Re-delivery fees may apply.

 

Apartment & Business Deliveries

For apartments, please include unit numbers, access codes, and concierge details.

For business deliveries, ensure the business name and opening hours are provided.

 

Peak Periods

During busy times (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, major holidays), delivery times may vary. We always do our best to deliver on the requested date, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

 

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

Extreme weather conditions may impact delivery schedules. If delays occur, we’ll keep you informed.
