Refund Policy

We take great care in every order and want you (and your recipient) to love your flowers.

Because flowers are fresh and perishable, our refund policy is designed to be fair while keeping things simple and transparent.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Incorrect Orders

If your flowers arrive not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • A refund (full or partial), at our discretion

 

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.

If substitutions are required, we will always aim to match the style, colour palette, and value of the original arrangement.

Substitutions do not qualify for a refund.

 

Delivery Issues

Refunds are not provided for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If flowers are left in a safe place at the delivery location, responsibility for care transfers to the recipient.

 

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on the requested date, delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control do not qualify for refunds.

 

Care & Longevity

Flower longevity varies depending on environment and care.

We cannot guarantee vase life and do not offer refunds for flowers affected by heat, sunlight, or improper care after delivery.

 

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a remedy.
